YEARLY LOADER CHECK
This is carried out at our premises and takes about four hours and consists of first pressure washing your loader, visually checking for any cracks and stresses to the metal work, operating the loader and checking all wearing parts, checking hydraulic flow and all pressure settings, we then carry out a lifting test of the loader at the specified lifting points.
A report is then completed for you and if your loader is up to the specification required a pass certificate is supplied, which can be forwarded to your insurance company to prove your equipment is always kept up to standard, this may also enable you for a discount from them helping to reduce your yearly running cost and the possibility of securing contracts from today's ever increasing demand on certification for Health and Safety At Work.
